Privacy

When accessing our Website, LyfStyle will learn certain information about you during your visit. If you are reading or downloading information from our pages, we will not store information about you. By contacting us, you agree to have your personal information collected solely to respond to your message. 

The information collected is for statistical purposes. LyfStyle may use external software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for purposes such as, but not limited to, assessing the number of visitors to the different areas of our site and identifying system performance or areas that need improvement.

When making a purchase, LyfStyle will use your personal and payment information to go through with your order. You will be added to our mailing list and member list, but you may unsubscribe at any time.

LyfStyle will not have access to other information if you choose not to provide it to us, nor will such information be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties without the approval of the user at the time of collection.

Members Access

Access to the Members Only Pages can be requested at any time by contacting LyfStyle using the Contact Form. Membership can be denied or revoked at any time or as LyfStyle sees fit with no explanation. 

Orders

Orders may be canceled or updated at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, an incorrect item price, system error or any other reason, as we see fit. If an item is unavailable at the time of your order, you will be contacted by the LyfStyle customer service team as soon as we are made aware. We reserve the right to update content of the site at any time. LyfStyle always strives to keep all of the information and items on the site as accurate as possible.

Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

After placing an order you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with a confirmation of shipment that includes a tracking number that can be used to track your package. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping. Please note that international orders will be processed and shipped within 10 business days.

We will only accept returns or exchanges if a mistake is made on our behalf. All fees associated with the exchange will be at our expense. If a mistake is made with your order, please notify us within 3 business days after receipt. Refunds will only be given as we see fit or if an order is cancelled within 1 hour of purchase (no guarantees). 

All returns must be received within 15 business days of notification of return. Please note, all sales are final on sale items, and returns/exchanges cannot be made on them. You will be responsible for the shipping of returns at your expense. In order to honor your return/exchange, the item must be in the original packaging and be unworn or unused.
